Serpents
One of the
many theories about the Bermuda Triangle is that dangerous serpents attack humans and
ships as they travel through the Bermuda Triangle. Some sailors complained about
their boats being attacked and wrecked. These serpents could be the cause of white streaks
in the ocean made by bubbles and white water.Little is known about the serpents because most of the
sightings took place in the 1800s. Sailors reported the serpents to be very long and
possessing extremely long tentacles. The serpents might be rare appearances of a
giant squid. The giant squid measures about 40 to 50 feet long. Their
tentacles are typically 30-35 feet long with thousands of suction cups.
Other sailors reported serpents that had thousands of teeth and long bodies covered with fins. The European eel can grow up to 72 feet long, and could easily overturn a small boat. The eel usually goes near the Bermuda Triangle to breed. |
